DAY is a youth domestic abuse and exploitation education programme. It uses a personification of the Duluth wheel of power and control to equip young people to identify domestic abuse. The main aims are to: equip young people to identify abuse and critique messages in popular culture which promote abuse, alongside this enabling young people to think about healthy relationships and how to be a good friend to someone experiencing abuse. The DAY team train professional across the UK to run DAY with young people. Each Session Leader is provided with a DAY Pack which includes:

1. 3 month Internet Ready Dongle

2. USB Memory Stick

3. Dynamic Evaluation Process

4. Session Plans

5. Question and Answer Sheets

6. Access to The Hub, an online source of current videos and songs which form part of each session.
